At Krishna Design and Boutique, we take great care in delivering quality products to you. Please read our exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

Exchange Policy

1. We offer exchange only (no returns or refunds) within 14 days of receiving your order.
2.  Exchange is only applicable in case of defective products.
3. Customers must arrange and bear the cost of returning the item to us.
4. Customers must record an unboxing video while opening the package. Without this, no exchange request will be accepted.
5. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD)—all orders are prepaid only.

Exchange Process

2. Ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
3. Once we receive and verify the product, we will process the exchange.
4. The entire process may take 10-15 days from the date of request.
