Exchange Policy

1. We offer exchange only (no returns or refunds) within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Exchange is only applicable in case of defective products.
3. Customers must arrange and bear the cost of returning the item to us.
4. Customers must record an unboxing video while opening the package. Without this, no exchange request will be accepted.
5. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD)—all orders are prepaid only.

Exchange Process

2. Ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
3. Once we receive and verify the product, we will process the exchange.
4. The entire process may take 10–15 days from the date of request.
5. The order amount will be refunded after deducting the shipping cost.

3. Unboxing video is mandatory to support your exchange claim.
4. For customized or personalized products, exchanges will only be approved in case of defects or damage.
5. We recommend using a trackable courier service to return items safely.
6. Any refund (if approved under special cases) will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days after product inspection.
