  4. Refund Issuance: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund via email. If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on the payment method and financial institution.

Refund Conditions
